El Apostol is the owner and centre director of A-PRO Caregiver & Nannies, Inc., an up and coming national player in the caregiver placement industry. With a diverse background in new entrepreneur development and extensive career in leadership coaching, she is unique in the marketplace. Since she started her business three years ago, A-PRO Caregivers & Nannies Inc. has helped families across Canada find the finest in in-home childcare, eldercare or special needs. It has given placement to more than 300 nannies and caregivers from different countries.

El is ably assisted by Charmina "Charm" Carrera as placement coordinator. Born and raised in Dagupan City, Philippines, Charm graduated from the University of Pangasinan with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree. She worked at the Department of Labor and Employment in Dagupan City before moving to Hong Kong to work as a domestic helper. Her Hong Kong work experience prepared her in helping other nannies and caregivers find jobs in Canada.

El and Charm offer extremely personalized service, giving advice and assistance to meet the needs of caregivers and their employers. Their joint efforts have been recognized when A-PRO was featured in a recent issue of the SOUNDING BOARD newspaper, the official publication of the Vancouver Board of Trade.
